Bryan Allinson, President
As President, Bryan leads execution of strategic partnerships and collaborations for the Allinson Institute.

Bryan has over twenty years of leadership experience in corporate, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Bryan has a long history supporting education, clinical, research and fundraising. He advocates for supporting autism and neurodiversity.

Bryan is an active swimmer, and enjoys the Florida beaches.

Sarah Malone, COO
As Chief Operational Officer, Sarah oversees day-to-day operations, including education and therapy. Sarah ensures high standards for the Allinson Institute's education and therapy programs.
She has a Masters in Business Administration, and an Bachelor's in Accounting from Penn State University. Sarah has training in behavioral therapy.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys baking and going on walks in her community.

Kara Robertson, CDO
As Chief Development Officer, Kara is a natural relationship and bridge builder. She has more than fifteen years of experience in supporting institutions and non-profits to find critical resources to do their work. She has a specific focus on public health, equal justice, arts and humanities and education.
Kara is a lifelong and curious learner who enjoys dabbling in new hobbies and activities, including gardening, Peloton and the arts.
